Flashback to the roaring twenties! I created this simple flapper girl by using nothing but Tarte Cosmetics. This flirty look was created with mostly the eyes in mind with the Femme Fatale palate by using wet shadows and some as powders. The look is complete with a feathered headband and a flirty, fringe dress!
