“Run, Jen! Run!”
The bikini countdown has begun and like Forrest, I’m taking to the roads to shave off a few unwelcomed lbs that made their way onto my waistline this winter. I’m headed into battle in my stylish, yet functional Nike Shox Trainers. I’ve got my iPod loaded with my favorite “move my tush” songs like Rihanna’s “S&M” and Black Eyed Pea’s “Just Can’t Get Enough”. If all else fails, then I can always turn to my trusty tarte glam gams to give me a sunkissed glow that’s sure to make my pale legs look firmer and taut. Hey, I’m definitely not above fakin’ it till I make it! Then, off I go!
I’d love to hear what you ladies are doing to get ready for summer!! Please share your tips & tricks below!

Summer is here. I know its true as I’m looking at my swimsuit trying to figure out how to look my best.
At this time of year bronzer and self-tanner become your best friend. Every woman looks thinner with a tan. To use a self tanner make sure and exfoliate first (shaving is great). Apply your self tanner as evenly as possible. Your elbows, knees and ankles are last (I always use a towel and wipe those areas afterward to make sure I won’t have those dark lines). Follow with Celebutante Moisturizing Dry Oil Spray. This gives your skin extra hydration and helps you to rube in your self tanner even more. The shimmer from the product also reflects light helping to hide that unwanted cellulite. The Celebutantes coconut smell makes the product even better (A summer favorite of mine)! The Bronzing Leg Stick is an amazing product when you need to look gorgeous NOW! If you are afraid of the color being to dark for you, apply a generous amount in your hand and add your favorite moisturizer. Now apply to your legs without fear! As you work on that beautiful tan of yours you soon will be able to apply the Bronzing Leg Stick without any worries (I use a moisturize still before applying). Once again those light reflecting products in the bronzer will hide many flaws that we see but others won’t notice. Remember YOU are your worst critic. People never notice the flaw(s) we see in ourselves. Be confident! Confidence coming from the inside out is the most beautiful thing to see in a swimsuit!
