who: Jen Steele, assistant fashion editor at Cosmopolitan
claim to fame: Jen’s worked in magazines for nearly five years—and has been on every side of a photoshoot—from the model to the assistant, the stylist, and the photographer. Currently at Cosmopolitan magazine, Jen works on nearly every fashion and beauty shoot alongside her editor. She’s also currently working on a photobook to publish in 2012: a collection of photos taken during her years as a fashion assistant.

who: Mona Gohara, dermatologist and founder of k&j sunprotective clothing
claim to fame: Dr. Gohara is a dermatologist, wife, and a mom to two young boys. She is a partner in a Connecticut private practice, and serves as an assistant clinical professor of dermatology at the Yale University School of Medicine. In addition, she is the founder and co-owner of k&j sunprotective clothing, a hip line of baby t-shirts that protects tots from cancer causing UV rays.
