It’s pouring rain in NYC, and I thought Bianca, tarte’s graphic designer, was rocking nails that totally captured the gloomy, city mood. A little bit goth, a little bit flash — she layered OPI’s silver shatter over a sleek noir shade called black lingerie. And yes, that is Kate Moss’s face in the background.
