Please note that calls not made from a US landline may be subject to a charge.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, tarte cosmetics will gladly accept returns on tarte.com orders within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale. We only accept returns for items purchased through www.tarte.com. If you purchased a tarte item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly. Please note that we cannot cover shipping costs for international returns, including those placed from Canada. Additionally, merchandise exchanges are available only on orders shipped to the USA and Canada. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available for orders placed outside of these countries. If you requested a return:
Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 business days or your exchange will be processed. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
If you requested an exchange:
Once your order is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your exchange will be processed. You will receive an email with updated tracking information for your new products!
If you placed your order as a guest, and did not create a tarte.com account, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you've initiated your return or exchange, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that if the tarte returns process is not followed, tarte is not responsible for returns lost in transit to us. All sales involving customized products are final, and may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team within 10 days of receiving your purchase.
