If you use a different foundation than Tarte's, this is a great primer to smooth your skin and lengthen its wear. I like to wear it on my no-makeup days in order to moisturize my acne prone skin and brighten my complexion. This would be a great product for the minimalist who wants a little more oomph from their simple moisturizer. I compare this to TF brand Poreless Primer and find this to do a nicer job without clogging and without all sorts of unnatural ingredients. Would you buy this product again? Yes
