Apply as you would an eyeliner on the outer rims of the eye.
Due to this unique formula:
Do not over advance the pencil tip.
Due to the soft nature of this formula breakage may occur if pencil tip is over-advanced.
Always secure cap tightly after use to prevent drying.

So...lesson learned. Don't order these while out of town and then have them left on the front door step in freezing weather. The color is fantastic, and I love this eyeliner, but I think being frozen really made them weird to apply. But the color is great. It's a good deal!

Difficult to apply. Falls apart even when following the box's instructions not to over-advance tip. Uneven application. Would not buy again.
