This a good basic eyeliner. What sets it apart is the color selection, how it blends to create different effects. The brush on the end works very well for blending. Very handy to have. Not really water resistant, but that's the only real negative. Would you buy this product again? Yes

Is there any way you can take off my city?
I LOVE this product. It is THE best! I have tried numerous other products when I cannot find it at Sephora's or thru QVC. Nothing compares to the intensity and quality of this pencil, and it wears so well for the inner rim of my eyes. It is the 2nd most essential product for me in my cosmetic routine, 1st the the wonderful Tarte mascara, then the Ballet Dancer for the inner rim! I tried the Tarte gel liner as well, but this pencil is THE BEST! I LOVE it! NOTHING COMPARES! Would you buy this product again? Yes
