I love this product. I use it tons so I don't like the price tag considering I'll probably be going through a lot of it but my lips are more smooth and soft than ever. I thought that I wouldn't use the mirror part and it was unnecessary but find that I actually use it. My main complaint is that the moisturizing side diminishes so much faster than the other. I'm going to run out of one side leaving the other quite full and that seems like such a waste especially for how much you spend on it. SO- love it but it somehow needs to change.. maybe have two ends with one product at each side and make it refillable? That would be wonderful. Would you buy this product again? Yes

This smells great, and the packaging is really cute, but I think it would be a much better product if the balm and scrub were separated, and not put together in one tube. Like many others said, the grainy scrub side gets mixed with the balm, and I just found it to be kind of messy and not practical to use in public (since I ended up with messy sugar particles on my lips). I will only buy this again if they change the way it is packaged and separate the two products. Would you buy this product again? Yes

This smells so delightful, and the packaging is also so cute with the little mirror. Also, it works. The sugar scrub really exfoliates, and the moisturizing part makes my lips very quenched, smooth, and happy.
The reason why I deducted a star is that the product is small for the price. It'll last a while, I suppose, but can't I just exfoliate my lips in the shower and dab on some of my pure vitamin E oil for only $10 a small jar that will last a year? Yes, I could. But it wouldn't look as cute or be as fun as this product. :) Would you buy this product again? Yes
The scrub and lip balm both work incredibly well to give me super soft lips, but sometimes some scrub gets on the lip balm side and it gets messy... it's still pretty good though. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I really like it! It gets dry where I live, and my lips get chapped even when I'm constantly applying chapstick. The sugar side really helps exfoliate my lips. The case it comes with is awesome too. I wish more lip products had little pop-up mirrors! Would you buy this product again? Yes

I just bought this product and I LOVE it! I work in a very cold, dry environment and my lips really suffer. I've been using this for a few days now and my lips are smooth and comfortable. I love the packaging and it would be great if all of my lipsticks were packaged just like this. The exfoliator tastes and feels nice. It doesn't exfoliate very much. I guess I don't quite get it since I exfoliate my lips in the privacy of my home or hotel, so the packaging doesn't really make sense to me. I think we all want to wipe our lips after exfoliating them, and that is not an especially "on the go" process. The balm is FANTASTIC, so that and the packaging are well worth the price of admission. I've used this product for over a year now. This is a great product to use everyday to keep lips soft and smooth. It should be noted that the exfoliating side is a GENTLE lip exfoliator--if your lips are really chapped and flaky, you might want to use a stronger lip exfoliator before you use this product. Because if you press down on the stick too hard trying to exfoliate, it can break just like a stick of lipstick, so do it softly and carefully. The balm is a VERY good quality and a most effective lip balm. It keeps lips soft for hours and has a slight glossy finish that looks nice and natural. The container is very handy--because it has a little mirror, you can use it laying down on the couch if you want instead of standing in front of the bathroom mirror. It's great for everyday lip maintenance to keep lips soft and kissable all year round. It is a bit expensive, but worth it, especially considering that there are many products that are more expensive but far less effective. Would you buy this product again? Yes

Love it. The sugar scub really works, scrub ,scrub. No...you don't have to wipe your lips off after, I just apply the moisture side. The packaging is so cute. Tarte has the best concept. Good for you and the enviroment . With girly packaging. Whats not to love. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I love this product. My lips are always dry due to my alergies and asthma. I used the sugar scrub side and it helped so much with my dry lips. The balm was not greasy and just made my lips feel soft. Because this is in a lipstick tube, it is easy to carry in your purse which means I can have it with me at all times. This is a winner Would you buy this product again? Yes

I wasn't a fan (and cannot believe this is the best-of). It was messy, there was only slight improvement but then again, it's not like my lips are crazy chapped. My bottom lip get flaky and dry right on the inner part. Especially when it's winter and/or I wear lipsticks. I read a lot of reviews before I decided to shell out $15 buck for it.
The sugar scrub surprised me. It is very compact so it actually scrubs your skin. If you get it warm, the sugar does start to fall out. But YUM! The balm is smooth and soft, but not super noticeable when it's on. It just feels like your lips are soft and hydrated.
Some people have stated they would rather ave a duo ended product. Here's my reasons why to keep it as is:
One side + one cap to open = simple, easy, and fast
I would eat the sugar side and be left with $15 lip balm :(
Using the product from the tip (oh yes, mix the product) allows for a more gentle scrub!
They would have a hard time fitting a duo ended product in such a cute package. I do use the mirror on the go - so cute!
Overall - superb product. my lips are smooth and not flaky. I am thinking of reusing the cute container for toothpicks or something when it's gone. AND! I will buy more! Would you buy this product again? Yes

sadly this one did not impress me...i normally love tartes products, but this duo didnt live up to my expectations. i have tried other products similar to this such as mary kays satin lips and had much better results...the exfoliator works sortof but the balm doesnt do anything to moisten my lips. also, the fact that they are in one stick makes application and exfoliation much more difficult. i agree that maybe if it were a dual sided design it may have worked better, but either way i think i am going to switch back to my previous product on this one =( Would you buy this product again? This product is cute and compact and I love how the mirror pops up when you take the cap off.. very handy. It is pretty moisturizing and the exfoliator works well. My only complaint is that sometimes it leaves little bits of the sugar scrub on my lips that I have to wipe away, which isn't a very big deal because you always have a mirror right there to check! I purchased this product two weeks ago and had such high hopes of it! Tarte never fails to keep me happy with their products, but this particular one - I was not impressed with. I thought it would moisturize and nourish my uber-chapped lips from the cold, but it didn't. The lip balm was alright, but the sugar exfoliator only made the flaky bits from my lips more visible. This product does exactly what it is supposed to do. On one side there is this luxuriously moisturizing balm, and on the other is this solid sugary exfoliating substance. I use this product two ways: applying the balm side, then the scrub side to loosed things up, or I use the very tip and the combo of using both sides at the same time really helps get rid of any wayward flakey dead cells. I use this product at least once (usually twice) a day to keep flaky lips at bay. I would recommend it, especially in winter! Would you buy this product again? Yes

I love this product. It really helps exfoliate my lips. The lip moisturizer is amazing! I would love to see this product as two separate purchases, or exfoliator on top, moisturizer on bottom of stick. I would buy more of the moisturizer tubes for around the house, and in the car. The exfoliator would remain in my bathroom as I would exfoliate at bedtime.

I think this is a nice addition for natural yet soft lips. I like it also because it sort of has a matte effect on my lips. Additionally, the little pop up mirrow is a nice add on but not necessary for me.

Very gentle but effective. Leaves lips moisturized but not oily.
I have a toddler to chase after so I only wear lipsticks that are long lasting or stains to avoid lipstick smears all over my face.
Unfortunately, my scaly lips were quite obvious.
This scrub has been a lip saver!
I use this every time before applying my lipstain or long wear lipsticks. It makes a smooth lip creating a perfect canvas for lipsticks, stains, & glosses.

This is an ok treatment for lips. The sugar scrub exfoliates well and the lip blam was very moisturizing. This would have worked better as a duo ended product. Rather than putting two products on the same end. Because it really is a good lip balm, it's just that every time I need lip balm, I don't need my lips to be exfoliated. With this product there wasn't a choice. But it could be 5 out of 5 if was a duo ended product. Would you buy this product again? Yes
