This mascara is really great. I chose it becaus of the price and because I myself am a 'tree hugger'. It looks great on and doesn't get all over under my eyes, even after a long day. I love that it's chemical free and in a recycled tube. I hope it's not on sale because it's being discontinued! Would you buy this product again? Yes

I recommend this mascara to everyone. It makes my eyelashes look longer and it lasts all day. The only reason I get a bit annoyed with it by the end of the day is that it is difficult to wash off - regardless of how much I (gently) try to remove my eye makeup, there's always some mascara under my eyes in the morning.
Other than that, I love it and will buy multiples to stock up! Would you buy this product again? Yes

A solid mascara. Nothing extraordinary, but mine smells a little bit like alcohol. Despite that, I like wearing mascara that I know is natural. At $10, I'd suggest you buy it! Would you buy this product again? Yes

This is the best mascara I have ever used -- and I'm in my 40's so you can imagine how many different brands and formulas I've tried over the years! My new rule is that whenever I run out of any makeup product, I must replace it with a natural product. That's how I discovered Lash Hugger and now I am addicted. The brush design makes it super easy to apply and it doesn't clump. You can do a light coat for day or apply more for a dramatic look. It doesn't flake and it doesn't make my lashes feel "crunchy" either. I LOVE IT! Go natural! Why would you want to put chemicals next to your eyeballs anyway??!!! My only complaint is that Sephora no longer carries it instore so I have to order it online. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I love, love, love this mascara. All my makeup products are Tarte from foundation, powder, eyeshadow, mascara, etc. I love this mascara so much and am so upset with Tarte for discontinuing this product that once I run out and can no longer order; I will be switching all of my products over to Korres in protest. This is my daily mascara. It is the only one that I am not allergic to. It doesn't give a dramatic look, but you can build it up a little bit for more than just a natural look. It does dry out faster than other mascaras (I always have to replace it within 3 months) and towards the end of the tube it flakes a little bit. In spite of these minor flaws, I love this mascara and don't know what I will do if they ever discontinue it.

I LOVE this mascara! It's by far the best mascara i've ever worn. It dries quickly, keeps my lashes curled, and looks natural. I have sensitive eyes and often have trouble trying new eye makeup. I've worn this mascara for quite some time, every day and have never had any issues. It feels like I don't even have mascara on! I was disappointed when Sephora stopped carrying this item and am glad I was able to find it on Tarte.com. If this mascara was ever discontinued I think i'd cry. Would you buy this product again? Yes

Love this mascara! I wear it almost daily, so I like that it's not flashy, looks a little more natural but still defines my eyes nicely. Some other brands are too watery and leave me with smudges all over while I'm applying but this goes on smooth and stays put. I'm gonna try Tarte's other mascaras before I buy this again but great product! Would you buy this product again? Yes

After reading all the glowing reviews, I wonder if I got sent an old one. Mine smelled a bit off putting and definitely was not nice. It clumped and made my eyelashes look like caterpillars. I love just about all tarte does, but their mascaras just don't do it for me. Would you buy this product again? Yes

Aside from making my lashes darker, this mascara didn't do too much for me (but then again it doesn't claim to). It does look very natural, but there was flaking and smudging for me. It didn't hold my curl either. The nice thing is that it doesn't make your lashes feel gross because it has good products and is made for a natural look. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I have trouble finding mascara that I actually like that doesn't make my eyes itch like crazy. This is by far the BEST mascara I have EVER used. It goes on very smoothly, doesn't clump, and doesn't smudge when wearing it during the day. When you get home to wash it off, it comes off very easy without giving you the runny "raccoon eye" look. I would DEFINITELY recommend this product. Would you buy this product again? Yes

It's a fine mascara, it doesn't clump and it goes on smooth but that's really all I can say for it. I prefer a mascara with a more dramatic effect so this one wasn't for me. If you want length and volume I would recoomend trying a different product because even with a primer this mascara is just ok. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I have purchased this mascara two times in the past year. I honestly fell in love after using this the first time. As a very eco-friendly and anti-icky chemical person, this was the only mascara I found that made my lashes look absolutely amazing. Plus, I love the recycled aluminum packaging. This mascara is not exactly touted as creating voluminous, long, and full lashes, but that's exactly what it does. I HIGHLY recommend this mascara. I cannot even begin to express through this review how much I adore it. Would you buy this product again? Yes

This mascara is nice- does ot flake or smudge and does not clump. I just wish it did more for my lashes. If I want thick lashes with alot of volume then I need 5 coats. Would you buy this product again? Yes
Ok. This is good for a normal, plain, non-waterproof mascara. But honestly there was nothing about it that would have me running back for more, except that it is all-nautral and does not irritate eyes. Good for what it is, but I wouldn't rate it too much higher than a mascara you can grab at your local drug store. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I thought LCL was awesome. I decided to branch out into the other tarte mascaras and am glad that I did. This mascara is awesome. Gives the look of fake lashes. If you do not want that look, just use one coat for volume definition and length. If you want 'wow' lashes, use two coats. I love the earth friendly tube. Great idea. Great brush on this one too. Nice deep color. This mascara is easily an every day to special occasion mascara. Who knew you just needed one mascara to achieve both looks? Love tarte mascaras. I still love LCL. Now I have to try all tarte mascaras. Love that it does not smell funny. What is in other companies mascaras that they smell so strange. I also do not loose as many lashes at the end of taking off my makeup. Who wants to loose lashes from a product that is meant to make your lashes thicker and longer? You would think every mascara would be good for lashes, but they are not. Good job tarte. Would you buy this product again? Yes
I got this as a sample. It works great and is easy to put on. I recommend it to all of my friends and I never leave the house without it. I will always love it and use it everyday. This was the first product I ever tried from tarte. I was hooked from the beginning since it is so eco and skin friendly. LOVE the recyclable tube! My only complaint - it seems like I go through this product pretty fast, and toward the end of a tube's usage it appears a bit clumpy. Would you buy this product again? Yes

My favorite mascara ever. I love make up however my eyes are sensitive and so is my skin so when I found a product that my skin doesn't react to in a bad way I tend to stick to it. This mascara is amazing. My boyfriend bought it for me with the day t night eye shadow palate and its amazing. My eyes tend to itch by the eyelash line with certain brands of mascara but this was it was smooth sailing throughout the day. Amazing! Would you buy this product again? Yes

Love this mascara! Doesn't clump at all when I apply it, and lasts all day. No smudging or flaking throughout the day. I put it on after curling my lashes, and it holds and enhances the curl perfectly. Provides great length, volume, and definition. Also, I love the recycled container. This is a beautiful, soft looking mascara and I simply love it for everyday wear. It doesn't flake at all, so it doesn't settle into fine lines below my eyes, and it washes off very easily with my normal cleanser. It lengthens without looking over-dramatic; I would buy it by the case. The only problem is every tube I've had seems to dry out quickly, which is not too much of a problem since I wear it every day and go through it almost as quickly as it dries. Being a nurse who works in an operating room, the only part of my face which is visible most of the time is my eyes. I've been looking for a natural mascara that performs well, is easy to remove with soap and water ( but doesn't flake), and is reasonably priced, as this is the only cosmetic product that I consistently wear every day. This mascara does a great job, and the fact that it comes in a recycled and recyclable aluminum container is a bonus! Would you buy this product again? Yes

this is the most natural looking mascara i've ever had that still lengthens and subtly volumizes my short, thin and straight lashes enough that they look great. this never clumps or flakes, and lashes are soft and natural, only longer and fuller. it won't give you dramatic lashes, but that's not what i was looking for when i got this. This is a really great mascara. I love the packaging and more natural formula. It's a great dark black color and it doesn't clump even when you get to the end of the tube. It does go on wetter than other mascaras, so I usually dab my lashes with a kleenex after applying to remove any excess and keep it from transferring below my eyes. Once it dries though, it stays in place. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I thought I would try this simply because I was curious. I've used Lights, Camera, Lashes!, and I love it. Lash hugger is different though. It gives much more of a natural look - doesn't create as much volume or add as much length. I usually apply two coats, but three makes my lashes look funny. I'll use the rest of the tube, but I probably won't purchase this one again. Not because it's not a good mascara, but because it doesn't give me the results that I want. Other Tarte mascaras are more for me. Would you buy this product again? Yes

This is my absolute favorite mascara. I have tried so many brands and types of mascara, including others offered by Tarte. This mascara brushes on easily and looks natural, not clumpy or "spider-like." The mascara definitely improves lash volume and length. I always get complemented on my pretty eyes when wearing this mascara (which is basically every day). It even looks good with no eyeliner or shadow. It also comes off easy at the end of the day. And if I forget to take it off before bed, it does not smudge or create dark circles under my eyes. I have not gone for a swim in the mascara, but I do wear it to the gym and it stays on strong. I would recommend this to all my friends and I have even bought it as a gift for family. Would you buy this product again? Yes
Love this mascara! It is one of my all time favs. it left me with perfectly defined lashes. It's not super dramatic but def more than just a natural look. It didn't flake for me, which along with the all natural formula is a giant plus as a contact wearer since my eyes used to get irritated all the time from mascara flakes mid-day. Another thing I noticed is that this actually made my natural lashes longer! The effect went away after about 2 months but that was definitely a good surprise. Would you buy this product again? Yes
