I absolutely love this stuff! I got it as part of a lip luster/exfoliant pack and it is amazing. It feels so good and smoothes your lips perfectly, making lipstick glide on just right. Smells scrumptious!

Tarte Maracuja Lip Exfoliant is a sugar-based formula that smells minty fresh and leaves your lips super soft. I originally purchased this from Tarte.com through their Pro Program in order to add this to my professional makeup artist kit. When I want to apply matte lip products on models, it always goes on more smoothly if their lips have been freshly exfoliated. Before throwing it into my kit, I decided to give it a little try. I took a mixing spatula, scooped out a little, and applied it to my lips. I rubbed my lips together for about 30 seconds.

The moment I opened this decorative tin I noticed how fragrant the Tarte Maracuja Lip Exfoliant is. It was like a blast of peppermint to the nostrils. I love it! If you are adverse to peppermint scents, steer clear. The exfoliant is packed with just the right amount of sugar so that it sloughs of dead skin gently and dissolves quickly for easy removal. Just take a tissue/napkin/wet wipe/washcloth, etc. Rubbing your lips together for 15-20 seconds should be sufficient for most people; however, I went for a full 30. The led to me incidentally tasting the scrub. It's yummy!

Although I purchased this for my professional kit, I'm going to be greedy and keep this one for myself. I'll be ordering another one for my kit. If you haven't tried this, you are truly missing out.

I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! :D :D just got it in the mail today and put it on after my shower and I can already feel a difference. I'm addicted to lip gloss and chapstick and they really did a number on my lips over the years (I'm 24). It is as if I can feel the wear and tear on my lips disappearing. Thank you, Tarte for making a superb product for lip lovers everywhere!

This is a good product and all but its not a must have like everything else ive gotten at tarte. i mostly liked the container about this. i know many ways to get the dead skin off your lips withought having to pay 16 dollars. this is a good product and all but i think ill stick to my other exfoliaters

I do my part to drink enough water each day, but the northern winters still do a great deal of damage to my lips. This scrub/balm is just the answer. It exfoliates the dead skin cells on my lips, but the application is not abrasive. It has a light, peppermint scent, and after a few minutes all I can feel is the soft balm. I recommend using the bottom of a makeup brush to mix the tin before applying; if you don't, you'll only find the balm on top while the sugar particles remain on the bottom.

I have SUPER chapped lips all year round. This stuff works wonders! Three days of using once to twice a day and already a big improvement. My lips are soft, supple, and much less flaky. Loving it! Thanks, Tarte!

This was one of my first Tarte purchases. I am absolutely in love. First of all, my lips are incredibly sensitive and have a tendency to react to products that aren't natural, and I end up with little bumps (allergic reaction) and then from there they become super dry and then flaky. This stuff sloughed off the flakes right away and immediate left my lips feeling refreshed and smooth. I use it once a week if all is normal, and up to three times a week if I need some extra buffing action. Must have if you wear other lipstick products that dry your lips out...my advice, stick with natural products like Tarte for all lip products!

I really like this product. I use it a few times a week, and the scrub is gentle enough for such frequent use but still very effective.
