I am loving this pallette each and every day. So many lovely shades to choose from, you can really manage almost ANY look with this little beauty, not just a subtle eye, but it also contains shades that will give you a LOT of bang for your buck. The shadows themselves are a soft, very blendable formula with very little fallout when applying. I love that it comes with the deluxe sample of the primer, which..by the way, is fantastic...and the gel liner is probably THE most incredible eyeliner stick I've ever used. It actually goes on like a liquid! I've actually applied it with a brush when I've wanted a more refined line, but the stick itself is sooo fab and easy to use. It glides right on and stays all day, no questions asked! Would you buy this product again? Yes

I have a lot of eyeshadow palettes, and this is a new favorite of mine. These colors are very neutral and useable. I love that they work well for day or night, as well as being good for work. Unlike a lot of palettes, I have actually used every shade. They blend really nicely and last all day. The primer that it comes with is good, and it was great to get to try the liner as well. This is a super versatile palette! I love it! There is a nice mix of matte and shimmery shades. The amount of matte shades is uncommon for a palette like this and is a nice bonus. :) The shimmery shades also do not have a lot of fallout and just the right amount of glitter. These shadows are super smooth and blend so nicely. You really cannot go wrong with this one, especially because it comes with a brush and an eyeliner. This was actually my first Tarte purchase, and it definitely had me hooked! Would you buy this product again? Yes

Buy this! The shadows are rich and deep. The eyeliner rolls on silky and smooth (no tugging). A card with the case offers a day and a night suggestions. The absence of parabens (which are now known to increase cancer threat when absorbed through skin), mineral oil and other harsh chemicals means I can wear this makeup without worry. This is the only eyeshadow I'll ever buy again! Would you buy this product again? Yes

I love Tarte cosmetics. I was looking for a natural product and was expecting to compromise for the sake of being healthy & green, however, Tarte has far exceeded my expectations. I am fairly new to Tarte and I am sooooo happy to have discovered this brand! The colors are beautiful and soft, almost creamy. They have a great color payoff when applied, and they're not drying as so many eyeshadows can be. Don't let the shimmer scare you, they are NOT glittery, but sophisticated and lovely. Let me just say I am new to Tarte- and I am new to neutral colors ( i am an urban decay bright neon colored girl), but I have been highly dissapointed with UD with their huge product fallout and chunky glitter. (Glitter should not get in my eyes or make a tear in my contacts!!!)
So, back to Tarte---- These palettes are AWESOME!!!!! if you are experiencing fallout, it is because you are using TOO MUCH PRODUCT!!! a little goes SUCH a long way! I am officially collecting ALL of the refilleable palettes.
Did i mention these shadows are FULL SIZED???? Thats 10 shadows for $44 not including anything else... think about that :)
Wonderful. All I can say.
Now all they need to make is a neon/bright colors palette and my life would be complete:)

Great selection of long-wearing shadows! The palette is great for everyday wear with some nice shimmery colors for subtle sparkle. With a gentle stroke of the primer, the shadows look fantastic all day. I'll likely be ordering the Femme Naturale soon as well :) Would you buy this product again? Yes

I bought this palette when URBAN DECAY'S NAKED was so high in demand that stores could not meet supply. Glad that happened, otherwise I would not have considered this palette.
I already owned Tarte's Day to Night Eye Couture palette, and wanted to try another brand. But since I was already very happy with that one, I said why not go with Tarte again? Colors are perfect in making a neutral eye. Blendable and beautiful. I mix and match the shadow plates from my two Tarte palettes when I travel. Evening I need for an unexpected day our night out! I received this yesterday, but as it is from "Santa" I had to wrap it and save it until Christmas. I have been to Ulta to oogle it though, of course. I swatched the colors on my hand, and they all seem very pretty. I can't wait to actually use it! I got this with the holiday lip kit, so I am looking forward to neutral eyes and bold lips. And having used Tarte's Amazonian clay eye shadows before, I love the staying power. These things do not budge on my lids all day long, even without a primer. And I have also used the aqua-gel eyeliner before in black, and I am looking forward to having one in brown. super, blendable and very creamy going on. I don't usually like matte colors, but these are just beautiful. Every one of these shades blends easily, and are very sheer. they don't fly all over the eye area like other powders I have tried. I am 58, and most powders don't blend smoothly on my lids. these absolutely do. I haven't been disappointed with anything I have used. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I am absolutely amazed by this palatte! I am in love with all 10 of the colors and especially enjoy having half matte and half shimmer. The emphaseyes eyeliner in brown is a joy to have, as I am already a fan of the bronze one, and the free primer is just amazing! It really makes the shadows pop in color, and it lasts all day! This is a great pallette, and it is very versatile. My only complaint is that the colors were not as concentrated as I thought that they would be. I guess that is why they throw in the primer. This is my second favorite tarte palette! I love these colors. Half matte and half shimmery, great balance. Use the primer and the color really lasts until you take it off, that goes for all the shadow palettes. I've never been happier with how great my eyes look after wearing my makeup for over 18 hours. (I know it's a no no, but sometimes I fall asleep with it on and it looks pretty amazing the next day.) The liner is soft but very pigmented and extremely stubborn once its on, so be precise. This is so worth the $44 price tag. Though, I took advantage of the 30% off with $100 purchase. Thank you tarte for a great deal on an amazing product! Would you buy this product again? Yes
I bought this about a month ago and I use it everyday! The pigmentation is great and I absolutely love all of the colors! There are so many different looks with just one palette! I bought this product from Sephora about a month ago. I bought it because the color selection looked great and it came with an eyeliner. Also, I loved that the case was refillable and it included a tip sheet. I was very nervous about spending the money because I normally wear eyeshadow that my mother gets for free with her makeup purchases.
I am so glad I made the decision to buy this!!! The colors work great even on my fair skin and it has every color that I need to create everyday looks and even some night looks (minus the really dark colors I like to wear for special nights out). Between neutral eyes I&II I've got every shadow color I could possibly need, aside from black. If you have neutral eyes I, there are some repeats or similar colors. The matte bone, matte pebble/taupe, and matte dark brown are all repeats or very close to colors in version I. They are good colors and the ones I use the most. Each individual shadow has a nice amount of product too. My favorites in this palette are the shimmering cinnamon, shimmering smoke (purple/gray), shimmering pink (really a sand that is slightly pink), and shimmering golden peach (which is different from the version I peach, which is peach with a hint of pink). The shimmering hazel is a gorgeous color. It is not quite olive, not quite bronze. A mix of the two. Took some getting used to a new primer, but it works. The key is, you need very very little. If you use too much, it won't work as it should. Eye liner is great, but I prefer the new Amazonian Clay liners. They are a little, just a touch, harder...but much easier to work with. The included brown goes with every shadow. The brush is great. Really impressed with the brush. I use both ends. Usually with palette brushes, they are disposable or are not high quality. I find the same to be true of most double ended brushes. Tarte made a fantastic double ended brush and included it in their palettes. If you are having issues with color applying even and/or showing up, pat it on versus the usual swiping motion. Learning curve, but so worth it. Would I buy this palette again? Absolutely, if I ran out. My wish is that tarte would create eye palettes based on peoples skin tones and eye colors. For example Agent 00 for brown eyes, Agent 00 for blue eyes, Agent 00 for green eyes, Agent 00 for hazel, Agent 02 for brown...ect. I think if tarte did that, and I know tarte won't put out something that is not well thought out, they would sell like crazy. I know it is kind-of gimmicky recently, but I think that if it was done right by tarte they would be very very popular. No one has ever done skin tone and eye color. Would you buy this product again? Yes

I absolutely love this product; I love that it comes with instructions on how to apply the shadows. I would've given this kit five stars, but I didn't like the liner. It melts on your skin like a stick of butter when applied. I love the double-ended brush and shadows though. I also like that the shadow pans are removable so I can eventually change out the colors and still keep the palette! Would you buy this product again? Yes

This IS the perfect eye palette! I also own the Tarte Ten limited addition, which I love, but the NeutralEYES II has far more staying power. (Maybe due to that fabulous Amazonian clay!) It's a great day/spring/summer palette with all the basics a girl needs. I love that half the shades are shimmer and the other half are matte. My faves are matte espresso, shimmering whisper pink, shimmering smoke and the lovely shimmering golden peach which becomes even more golden in low lighting - a very nice surprise! The three light matte colors are great for base and brow bone colors and include a neutral, cool and warm tone. I do wish matte pebble showed up more on my fair skin but I think it will be stunning on darker skin tones.
Because they are mineral based colors, for best results, the colors should be patted on, not swept on. If you are having issues, check out one of the video tutorials on their website.

This was my first tarte purchase, and I'm not all that impressed. I understand the eyeshadows are supposed to be neutral/natural, but they all look very dull when applied. They aren't very pigmented, especially the lighter colors, but that's okay because I can use them for a highlight. They are also very powdery, so there will be a lot of fallout. I was looking forward to the eyeliner because I read that when it's applied to the waterline, it stays all day, which is not the case for me. The texture of it is too wet, so it doesn't apply well, and it ended up getting all in my eyes causing it to look foggy when looking around. My eyes were very irritated from it as well. The eye primer isn't too bad though. I like the texture of it, but it's not as sticky as UDPP, so I don't know how well the shadows will last over it. I was so excited when I decided to purchase it, but overall, my tarte purchase is one that I am not too happy with. I think I'll stick with the urban decay palettes over this. Would you buy this product again? Yes

This is by far my favorite palette of any brand of makeup that I own. I have the UD naked palette, which is beautiful, but much more sparkly and showy. this palette is gorgeously soft and neutral with just the right amount of sparkle for my light complexion/light hair combination. I wear it every day in many different combinations, for day or night and even church, and it comes out beautifully. I give it a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend to anyone who wants a gorgeous, versatile palette, that makes daily makeup a cinch and an easy travel companion. Would you buy this product again? Yes

The color selection is great, and I especially love the staying power! have oily skin so some eyeshadows tend to crease throughout the day, but this one stayed put, even without eyeshadow primer. My prayers were answered!! I love love love the Tarte shadows; blendable and soft, gorgeous and intense payoff when used wet, incredible staying power, I can't say enough. However there was a shortage of matte shades, and that was the one and only drawback I could find. Now, half of this palette is full of matte shades, so much more versatile!
