I did not care for these at all. I could never make them work for me. The stain portion was very drying and seemed to only stain the dry portions of my lips making for a very uneven and unflattering look. I did not care for the minty/menthol portion of the gloss at all. These just did nothing for me.

I bought this in cherry, and the color of the lipgloss part that is advertised is misleading. I expected a rich cherry color, but instead received a very light sheer cherry that seemed to be leaning more towards orange than red. Non the less, the lipgloss smelt very appealing and yummy. The stain part isn't heavy at all. It very lightly stains your lips but not in the way you'd expect, but rather in a way that looks as if you've bitten your lips too hard. Overall a very nice natural product.

I got this in Nectar. I loved the honey-like look the gloss left on my lips and the smell is amazing but the stain seemed a little off to me. It was very subtle, which is fine, but I notice it started to flake off really easily whenever I would rub my lips together. I'll definitely keep using the gloss, though!

Got this in Cherry just apply stain and let it dry, then apply gloss and you are done, the stain last and the gloss has a minty feeling, love it!!

Got this in Cherry and was really pleasantly surprised - apply stain and let dry, then apply gloss and voila!, a pretty red - but not too red - shade!

I don't understand the high ratings for this product, which is the worst Tarte product I've ever tried. A total disappointment. I got it in Nectar and it's not visible on my lips. The only redeeming quality of this product is it's delicious cake-like scent. Perhaps this would be better in a darker color but I don't want to waste any more money on this lip gloss. One was enough for me. At this point, I'm just trying to use it up to get rid of it.

got this in three colors...love them all. makes my lips smooth. you need to apply a few coats of the tint (let dry in between coats) before you apply the gloss. the gloss is also great. not sticky! love it!!

I have this in Cherry and it gives my lips the classic glam hollywood look. And the color lasts for a long time. Does not try out my lips like most stains.

I just bought this in nectar and I'm in love! It takes 2 applications to get a more pigmented color but it's beautiful. It has a coraly pink color and smells great. It tastes good too (according to my boyfriend). I got one and I'm definitely thinking about buying a couple more to stock up before they're gone.

I bought this in nude and it's VERY convenient, an instant favorite. I love that it's a multi-tasker. I favor the stain but quite like the gloss too. Definitely the most flattering lip product I've ever found billed as a nude shade -- it has some kick to it. This is also my favorite style of applicator. I'm sad to see this product discontinued.
