So luminous!
This is the most amazing lip balm. It makes my lips SILKY smooth. I have a real problem with chapped lips (I live in Alaska) mostly in the winter but also the summer time and this has been the best lip balm I've ever used. I put it on at night and have silky lips for the rest of the day.
