How To Use

Prior to foundation, apply a thin layer onto clean, hydrated skin, focusing on the oily T-zone or other pore-prone areas.

You can also dab it under the eyes or on the eyelids for a smooth, even surface or wear it alone as a shine control treatment.

Consistency + Weight = Not for me

Consistency of chafing cream. Heavy on skin. Provides a blurred and poreless complexion underneath makeup and makeup stays put! I prefer a lighter, more serum-like primer rather than this weight and consistency. Works wonderfully, just not my favorite!

This is a silicone based primer so (in my experience at least) it doesn’t work with water based foundations as well as with a water based primer. That being said you can still use it, it just won’t turn out as smooth as if you match the base of your primer with the base of your foundation.

The poreless mattifying primer is very light weight on the skin. We recommend to use no more than a pea size amount of the product for an application. As well, lightly press or spread the product onto face for best results.

I have always had large pores - so nothing actually "hides" them. I do wear this underneath my powder and it definitely makes a huge difference. It is almost like it fills in your pores so your makeup is smooth on top and makes your pores much less noticeable. I wouldn't go a day without it!

This product does a really good job absorbing oil. There might be a point in the day where you start to look a little shiny, but I've never had my foundation separate because of it, which has happened with other primers/no primer before. It does great on oil control and using setting powders helps a lot. And yes, you still need to use a moisturizer before using this primer.

Definently will need moisturizer under the primer, if you dont it's going to show your dry patches. With me it did anyway, but once you have your foundation on, it doesnt feel like you have anything on your skin. I really like it. Doesnt take effort to prime my face.

It does help decrease the appearance of pores but if your skin is on the dryer side they also have Quench Hydrating Primer.

BEST ANSWER: I have combination skin, oily T zone. I didn’t find that it combated the oil much. I still got shinny half way through the day. It also cause my foundation to oxidize. I thought it was the foundation at first and ended up switching, it did it with whichever foundation I used.
