I placed an international order recently. Will I still receive it?

Yes! Any orders already placed will be processed and shipped as usual. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order is on the way.

When will international shipping be available again?

We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible. While we don’t have a confirmed date yet, we expect this to be temporary. Please check back soon or sign up for email to receive updates.

Can I still place an order if I ship to a U.S. address?

Yes! International customers can still shop and check out, as long as the shipping address is within the U.S.

What happens to my tarte™ perks loyalty points?

Your loyalty points are safe and will remain in your account. You’ll be able to use them as soon as international shipping resumes.

Will my account or order history be affected?

No, your account and order history remain unchanged. You’ll have full access once we resume international service.
