My favorite mascara!

I have come to like Big Ego a lot the more I use it. It makes my lashes thick and black and I don't even need eyeliner with it. At first it had a chemical smell but that went away after a few days of use. I like this even better than Maneater now.

BEST ANSWER: I'm a HUGE fan of the Lights Camera Lashes mascara and I absolutely LOVE this new Big Ego mascara. It gives me more volume without having to use 3 coats, and that is saying something because I have the thinnest lashes ever! This is a definite plus for me, try a deluxe size first, that way you can see for yourself if you like it before you spend your money on a full size one.

Personally i think it’s much better! It gives so much volume, while i think the lights, camera, lashes mascara is better for a more classic look. It definitely depends on what you’re looking for in a mascara. If you want volume, go with Big Ego!

BEST ANSWER: I like Lights, Camera,lashes but personally prefer Big Ego! I find the brush to be better for application and it gives overall more volume and length. You can always try the sample version and see how you like it before you're fully commit :)

It definitely volumizes. If your lashes are naturally curly, or hold a curl well, it will lengthen. My lashes don't stay curled, so I find it more volumizes than lengthen.

How do people like the brush? I have very small eyes and worry about the curvy brush being too cumbersome.

BEST ANSWER: Yes the brush is bigger and curvy, but with the right application technique I think you would be pleasantly surprised by the results you can achieve with this mascara. I would try the sample or mini version first but I really think you will love it once you try it.

I personally do not love the brush as it is a bit bulky on both ends. While I undesrstand that it is to add to the overall volume effect, I would like it more if it was a bit thinner on the ends. Great mascara though and I like it better than lights, camera.

I personally love the brush. It is big and can be a bit intimidating at first. I have found the key us just to slow down when you apply and take your time. The brush actually does really well, it just takes a bit to get used to.

For me the brush is what sets this apart. It's chunky but also curvy so it gets in the small spaces like the under eye, but still adds plenty of volumne and length to the top lashes for an all around stunning look. It lasts all day, doesn't run, and cleans up easily too.

The wand is what sets this apart from other tarte mascaras. It's big and gives good volume & length. Doesn't separate as well as some other tarte mascaras, but also doesn't seem to need more than 1 coat for big impact

BEST ANSWER: Hey tartelette! Depending on your lash length it could leave a mark behind but if you coat your lash and a mark happens take a sugar rush makeup wipe to erase any marks

How do people feel about this mascara? I haven't tried it yet, but have one coming in the mail. my favourite mascara is Gifted, so how does this compare?

BEST ANSWER: Hey tartelette! If you were gifted you will love this mascara. The brush is a traditional brush so it will really help fan out the lashes but give them the appearance of being fuller. You are going to love this mascara!

Big ego is better for volume and Man Eater is better for length. The Big Ego formula is more of a dryer formula as well...Man Eater was very wet formula.

I think the maneater gives you more length, while the big ego gives more overall volume. I also personally like the longer bristles on the big ego.

No flaking! It’s definitely my favourite mascara in that my lashes never feel ‘crunchy’ with it on. Most mascaras I have a problem with transfer to my eyelids (long lashes and hooded eyelids) but this one doesn’t transfer all day.
