Very soft and didn't lose any hairs when washed. Got this set to replace my cheap ulta ones. Honestly wasn't expecting such a big difference, but they hold/pickup and deposit product waaaay better. Used to have to dip my brush several times, now it's once or twice. I use the biggest one in this set as my new foundation brush and it's great for stippling!

First the largest brush isn't as soft as I'd like but I have extremely sensitive skin and it's not any worse than many other brands. Onto the treasures! The domed brush is a cream product dream team~mate. Bronzer, contour and blush are precisely placed. Much less effort to build or blend. Chef's kiss! That brush alone is worth the price of the set.
The darling little eye brush blew out my shadow in a way I have never experienced. I easily built up darker shades both as liner and in crease, blended everything, and brightened my inner corner. Easily out performs most all my other brushes used for
soft lining and inner corner. So glad to have this ultra gentle gem. The two clean easily but the big one did not. I hesitated but happy I got them before they get gone.
