Great Hold!
I've tried lots of setting sprays, and have been unhappy with most of them, but the Tarte Setting Spray really makes the makeup and foundation stay put! Extremely minimal makeup transfer! I also like that it's a light mist instead of big drops that leave spots (the problem with the last setting spray I tried). Definitely worth the purchase!

Really Works!
I work 12 to 14 hour shifts and this stuff really makes my make up last. Sometimes I work graves and I will rub my eyes quite a bit forgetting I have make up on. My mascara stays put with this on and doesn't leave it flakey! Highly recommend.

Holds up so well in Miami heat

Funny story...this spray came with my Ipsy Glam bag and I loved it! It was perfect for me in every way. How does this setting spray compare to Urban Decay’s All Nighter setting spray?

BEST ANSWER: I would definitely say this is MUCH better than UD's All Nighter setting spray. I was going back and forth as to whether or not I should purchase this as I had UD's spray already, but I am SO glad I decided to get it. It doesn't "spit" like UD's does sometimes and definitely feels weightless as they proclaim. It also smells so nice and refreshing with it being infused with cucumber as well.

I can “feel” UD’s spray on my skin sometimes. Sometimes it feels like I’ve sprayed hairspray on my face. Tarte’s dries and is weightless and I feel nothing. Both hold makeup well, but I don’t like that weird feel on my face. I hope that helps!

I’ve tried UD and personally feel that this spray is so much better. I didn’t see my makeup last any longer than usual with UD but with this spray I saw my makeup lasting perfectly from day to night and still looked fresh.

I follow my normal face care routine, so I wash normally and it takes everything off. My routine at night is wash with a gentle face scrub, witch hazel astringent, zit cream, and night cream. I've never had any issues taking it off.

Any make up remover will do the job. It doesn’t completely waterproof your makeup. Any sort of rubbing (not soft patting) will get your make up to come off easily. This is a great product!

The rainforest of the sea setting spray gives a more radiant look and I find does not help makeup last as long. The scent of this spray is cucumber melon and the rainforest of the sea spray is a fresh scent. This spray also comes out in a much finer mist, it doesn’t feel like your face is soaking wet. I have used it on my bare face just to mattify my skin when I don’t want to put on makeup.

I think this spray has a mich finer mist and the scent is a lot softer and light. The 4 in 1 Rainforest of the Sea spray actually leaves my face feeling wet after I spray it, and I find the scent to be much stronger a little more citrus-y. I think the Shape Tape spray performs better for me, personally, and it feels better on my face.

The Rainforest of the Sea spray is a great refresher before you put your makeup on , and it doesn’t give your makeup a nice moisturized look after and holds the look. The Shape Tape isn’t used as a base but it holds your makeup a lot longer.

I can say that for years I’ve struggled with finding good makeup that will last throughout the day and I don’t have to reapply. This spray has changed the game for me! Does this work well enough for a pool party/beach party for a girl who swims and goes underwater or should I just stick with a light makeup look and the lights camera splashes mascara? Is it waterproof enough for an in pool mermaid photo shoot?

BEST ANSWER: I'd describe it more as water resistant. It made my makeup survive humid southern weather, but I wouldn't test it underwater completely. With that being said, light makeup is usually better for pool parties anyways!

I love to sprayer on the bottle. It is a fine mist and evenly covers my face in two sprays.

Very fine and light, a little goes a long way. It's all about the angle of the spray :)
