Very pretty and definitely plumping
I'm more of a lipstick person than a gloss person, but I took a chance on this and I was not disappointed. I like the tingle and my lips definitely appear fuller. I went with the Mauve shade and I'm glad I did as I feel the other shades would be far lighter than what I was going for. It's definitely not dark however, and I'm fairly light. It wears about as well as any other gloss.

Not Fabulous lip plumper, but adds a layer of sheer gloss to a base of longwear lipstick. It's tingly, cooling, sensation gives an extra star :)
I love the tingling lip sensation, but i haven't found that it's done any actual plumping. My lips are fairly full already though, so I'm not sure what I was hoping for. It's got a great feeling to it. As well as not ruining my matte lipsticks underneath. This alone gives it my stars.

Pretty gloss but too much packaging
Such a pretty gloss that is not too sticky and definitely made my lips a bit plumper. My one complaint is this tiny product came in an absurd amount of packaging via the mail! Tarte, please cut down on your packaging!

maneater plumping gloss

maneater plumping gloss

Very nice small lipglosses
I like these lip glosses. They look very glossy so a little goes a long way. But they don’t feel bulky on the lips. They do have a subtle peppermint feeling that maybe makes your lips look bigger. But more than anything it blends lipstick really well on your lips so it doesn’t look super matte.

Best Plumping Gloss I've Tried
I just tried this lip gloss for the first time and I have to say I'm pretty impressed! I've tried other "plumping" lip glosses, but never really noticed any actual plumping of the lips. While this obviously will not produce results equal to that of a lip filler cosmetic treatment, it seems to actually do SOMETHING - which is more than I could hope for. I honestly just bought it because I liked the color. The tingling effect is an added bonus in my book!

BEST ANSWER: I've used it by itself and have layered it with other lip products/ colors. I definitely prefer it by itself because it is all I need & then some. Mauve gives me a perfect amount of color. I don't think there are any rules here. Lipliner does blend beautifully with it.
