Really impressed
I've tried some various brands' body makeup, and this is the best I've found. I often mix it with lotion, which makes it a little more transferable, but still the least tranferable out of everything I have found, and the coverage is the best I have found. Looks even better after a few minutes of "drying" into the skin. I have pretty light skin.

Flawless legs
Best waterproof make up. I have lots of sun spots on my legs and this makes my legs look flawless and tan. However, they’ve been out of the shade I need for several months now. I need shade medium or medium tan.

Hoped this would be a substitute for dermablend, it is not. Coverage is light and requires multiple layers be applied. May work for some but accentuated fine lines around my scar. Applicator not included, a set would have been nicer.

Expensive wrong coverage. Offer a sample palette.
I bought the "fair" as this was what color choice best matched my skin tone. My legs havent seen the sun in years! Wanting to cover some varicose veins I splurged and bought this.
Unfortunately, this did nothing in the way of camouflage. In fact even on slight pigmentation, there was no change. Super bummed out! I don't know if going up a shade would have been the right choice or not. So I have a full tube of fair that didn't cover and I won't pay this price again to be possibly disappointed trying the medium shade.
With products and pricing like this. A sample palette is the way to go.

love how it works but the fair
this is amazing but i bought the fair a i am pretty light skinned but this is sooo light. You really have to be super pale for this to work. I want the next shade up so bad but its out of stock for a long time. Also, i got the brush and within a week the brush plastic came off.

My new summer Go-To
This is my summer game changer! I have very visible veins on my legs after three pregnancies. I love wearing shorts in the summer and am extremely self conscious about my legs. This makeup covers everything beautifully—excellent coverage and leaves a natural sheen. Once it dries, it doesn’t transfer onto anything, is sweat proof. Actually lasts a few days without showering. My only complaint is it is a tad on the orange side, but not noticeable unless you’re staring super close in direct sunlight. Love it!! Purchased with a Tarte kabuki brush for a quick and even coverage.

A Disappointment
I decided to give this a try because I’ve used previous versions of this product in the past (Tarte’s Instant Matte Waterproof Perfector and Tarte’s Better bod bronze and contour). Unfortunately, this body makeup was a let down. The product was too translucent and also had an unnatural yellow tone to it. I was hoping it would be more opaque to help hide the flaws (which is what the previous versions were able to do).

It does have coverage but it does NOT dry and it will stain ur clothes and bedding and it comes through ur jeans sometimes. I got this because the better bod bronzer is out. BRING BACK BETTER BOD BRONER! Loving tan has a lotion to that washes off and its really good too.

I really love this body makeup!
I love this body makeup! It (mostly) doesn’t transfer on anything, unless it’s not fully dry and you try to put something light colored on. But over all it looks the most natural out of all the body makeup I’ve tried and is truly waterproof, unless you swim in chlorine for an extended period of time or scrub it off with soap, But for the beach or a lake or just a short dip in a pool it stays. Does need to be layered if you’re trying to cover a bruise or something like that, but I usually just use some shape tape concealer for that and once it’s dry, I’ll put this body makeup on top over the whole area and it seems to work pretty well!

I miss “Better Bod”, but this is a great replacement
I loved Better Bod and was very disappointed when it was discontinued. Shape Tape does a great job with giving color and helping to blur imperfections. I have had no problem with it rubbing off on clothes and it has no smell. I like that I can wash it off at night and start fresh in the morning. I ordered the medium-tan and will probably order the next darker color on my next purchase, as I think it will be more equal to the color of Better Bod. I have a darker complexion, so this works well for me.

Absolutely in LOVE with this product!
My new go to in summer! I typically use self Tanners but the dry rough areas like elbows and knees always tend to get saturated and look unnatural. This is absolutely amazing. Smooth even coverage. Beautiful tan like appearance!

Awesome product

Gives a little color to skin but doesn't really cover up flaws
I like that this does give my very fair legs some color to them. It also goes on smoothly and doesn't seem to rub off on my clothes. However it does not cover the spider veins or any bruises I may have on my legs. I still like it enough though just to give my legs a little color for summer. My legs are pretty white so for my legs in colder months I got the fair and for my legs in the summer I got the light.

Great Product
I love this product! Waterproof as stated! Provides nice even color to skin. Definitely minimizes imperfections and looks natural. Added bonus is no odor like you would normally get from sunless tanners. I ordered on-line. Additional descriptions of cool, neutral, warm would be helpful. Very happy customer!!

Not full coverage
I bought this to cover some scars. It helped, but it didn't provide the total coverage I was looking for. However, it did blend nicely and had a very natural look to it.

Overall solid-good for price
I purchased this product to wear to a wedding. Overall it blurred my skin, covering moles and other imperfections. It made my skin look healthy and glowing. It also felt very moisturizing-and didn't have much of a scent. I did prime with moisturizer and I set with some loose powder. I also set with the Tarte setting mist and I had NO transfer to the gown I wore and it lasted all evening (and I was sweating haha)
I would say I should have got the tavel size as this is something I would probably wear to special events-so keep that in mind. It is a large tube with a LOT of product. Good amount for the price.

It's not the best, but it's not unusable. You do get a lot of it though.
First the good the yellow tint in the light shade does fade a bunch in a few minutes. It's a thick texture that speads nicely on very well moisturized skin, I recommend using a sponge. Barely there scent. It does blend & cover light freckles/age spots while giving a golden tanned look. Once you have it on nicely it lasts, and lasts!
The bad, there are a lot. It can go on very thick so blending takes time with hands or brush. It does not cover bruises, pink scars, vitiligo scars, textured scars, or varicose veins well. Pretty much doesn't cover anything most would buy a body "makep" for. The finish on dry skin is one of the worst I've ever experienced and needed liberal use of my wettest (glycerin packed) moisture spray. I do live in a dry climate so that's a factor.
So I can find a way to use it but you might not want to haggle with it. Best wishes?

Nice, Tanned Look
It is not a cover-up, it gives you a nice tanned look. So far I love it but have it 4 stars because it didn’t come with an applicator, at least the glove if they don’t want to give a brush...

Great coverage
Covers my stretch marks perfectly. Creates a toned look and doesn't rub off my clothes when I gave it time to dry. I did use a setting spray afterwards to be safe. Worked great. It was a little tough to wash off in the shower. Use lots of soap.

This shape tape has more coverage and lasts longer than the KK beauty body concealer. U get more for your money and it lasts forever. I’m very fair but I get the medium-deep color for a nice bronze tan look. I apply highlighter on my legs then spray with setting spray for a no budge all day look. Very waterproof. I love it!

I'm impatient & can't stand waiting ever. So I use the cold button on my blow dryer to speed up the “wait-time” & drying process. Tip- No.1 Always Use a Condenser on the blow dryer to have better control.

Hi Tartelette! This will absolutely cover redness, spider veins, blemishes, age spots and more, but if your tattoo has a lot of black and shading it will help to even out the tone, but it won't cover it completely.

I would moisturize before, then wait a few minutes, and then apply the body makeup after....just like you would with your face. You wouldn't want to add moisturizer after you foundation because it would get cakey and transfer/smear.
