Very Creamy!

Best lip liner! Especially in the shade baked! It’s creamy but not slippery. And it does stay all day. I love using these especially when I want to give my lips a bit more pout and especially if you outline a smidge, you can’t tell that you overdid it

You could use this in your water line , I personally wouldn’t , but there’s no reason as far as “ safety “ or “ proper reasons “ not to. If you have smaller eyes try white in the water line to give them the apparence that they are larger , if you have larger eyes use black to give the appearance of smaller eyes :)

I would probably stay away from using this in my waterline. I had a problem with it breaking and falling apart. So I would no want to use it in my eyes.
