With classic liner shades, the cream-gel formula creates a crisp line, artistic cateye or you can blend it out to creaseless, opaque eyeshadow. Amazonian clay & mineral pigments deliver even, longwearing payoff without the icky, bad stuff & you can use the waterproof, smudeproof formula to highlight & define the inner rim.

How To Use

For best results, apply with the etch & sketch double-endedbamboo liner brush (sold separately).

Dip the brush into the creamy clay pot to evenly coat bristles.
Glide brush along the lashline, layering as needed to create a thin or thick line.
The angled end of the brush reaches over your lashes to tightline the upper lashline.
The straight end of the brush is ideal for targeting the lower lashline & inner rim.

Did you change the formula for the black one? I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR YEARS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE LABEL ON THE BOTTOM LOOKS DIFFERENT AND THE GEL SEEMS HARDER. IT ALSO DOESNT GLIDE on smoothly like it used to and flakes off too easily.

BEST ANSWER: Both! I have the rose gold and it's a lovely bright liner. I sometimes pair it with a thin black line to give the bright rose gold shade more structure against my fair skin or eyeshadow. I haven't used it as an eyeshadow much, but I'm sure it would make for pigmented look. I also use it to highlight my inner corner with more precision than just a loose powder shadow.

Yes, it’s a gel like eyeliner. Apply with a thin eyeliner brush like tartes double ended etch and sketch brush.
