How To Use

Use a lip scrub to prep and condition lips prior to each application.
Use the lip paint's precision brush wand to trace on longwearing matte color. First, use the felt tip to contour lips by tracing along the upper and lower lip line. Then, shade inside the lip line using the flat applicator surface.
The quick dry formula will set in seconds and adhere to lips all day.

Definitely not safe to put lip products on your eyes unless specifically stated! The chemicals may be unsafe near your eyes, and there's too much chance for dangerous bacteria to spread and cause infection.

BEST ANSWER: When applying it you can notice that it dries fast. It doesn’t transfer a lot, only when eating or drinking. It last quite a long time. Maybe like about 5-6 hours. It does dry out your lips a bit. And it is a bit hard for me to remove it with makeup wipes, which is a downside.

while it does make your lips a little dry, it does not transfer at all. Apply lip balm and remove the excess just before applying this, this will ensure that your lips dont dry while at the same time give you the benefit of non-transfer

While it does make your lips a little dry, it does not transfer at all! Its completely transfer proof and thats why its the best! Moisturize your lips with a lip balm though so that the drying effect does not affect much.

I found that it does have a dry feel but this is down to how permanent it is. I love a lip colour that actually stays on your lips, so I just add a little lip balm on top and I’m good to go.

My lips dry out, but I try to apply a chapstick or lip oil beforehand, and it helps. It really doesn't transfer much after it is on (which can be difficult when trying to get it off).

Exactly, if I put this product on top It will stay put but if I add a gloss or anything on top of it the product will transfer sooner and I have to re-apply more often

This lip paint is as it says "paint". It literally lasts so long and doesn't come off until you wipe it. Does not come off easily at all.

The best option is to exfoliate your lips prior with a lip scrub (sugar scrub etc) and then apply a hydrating lip balm, serum or plumping product, (not to coat your lips but to give them a very thin veil of hydration) then before applying this lip paint apply lip liner first as it will lock in the moister from your balm and create a barrier between this product. I wouldn’t recommend using a balm or gloss over the top unless you want it to transfer. You can always put a veil powder over the top also I have found this sets it quicker allowing it to feel more lubricated rather than ‘dried’

Moisturize your lips before and while you have the lipstick on. If your lips are already dry and flaky before you apply the lipstick, then it will just be worse. I like to add a gloss on top which also helps!

I always put on chapstick before I apply my makeup, then put the paint on last. If at any point my lips feel dry when it's on, I add a lip gloss or chapstick to make it a little more wet.

I exfoliate my lips beforehand. If your lipsare dry and/or peeling, it will be extremely noticeable when you apply the lip paint. Then I apply a moisturizing lip balm and apply.

BEST ANSWER: no, it's not hydrating, I find it to be very drying. I have to use lip oil the night before and right after the rehydrate my lips. But the product will stay on all day without needing to be touched up.

it's not hydrating, but it also isn't excessively drying either. it does dry your lips out a little, so I would recommend making sure they are moisturized first before application.

The lipstick formula dries very quickly, which is nice. I have found that it dries out my lips, though. It isn't too terribly dehydrating though. Nothing a layer of chapstick can't fix!
