- Why aren’t you shipping to my locale? If you’re based in Mexico, unfortunately due to circumstances outside of our control we’ve temporarily paused our shipping to Mexico. We’re working hard to start shipping again ASAP, stay tuned! For all other markets, in order to make your shopping experience more efficient we’ve temporarily paused our shipping to your locale. We’re working hard to get the changes implemented as quickly as possible so we can have it back up & running for you!
- When will you start shipping to my locale again? We’ll be back as soon as possible, we’re hoping to be back up & running within a few months!
- I placed an order already that hasn’t arrived, will I still be getting it? If you have a pending order, you should be receiving an email from tarte.com regarding your current order status. If you haven’t received an email or have any questions about the status of your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
- How do I get my tarte products in the meantime! Unfortunately tarte.com is the only outlet for purchasing tarte products in your locale, so you’ll have to wait just a little while to restock your faves!
