Damaged in shipping
The item came in a very damaged box. Enough that the packaging of the product itself was damaged as well. I did not open it further as it's a gift and Tarte products are packed beautifully. The rep o spoke to was wonderful and offered to do an exchange which I turned down for fear of anther damaged box.
