Super Creamy Liner
I have a different experience with this liner than some of the other users, but that could be that I use it differently. First, I always use a primer - always before I apply anything to my lids (foundation, shadow or liner). For the most part, I use the liner on my upper inside waterline to give my eyes more pop. Night look - I'll add to my lower waterline. I do use as a primary liner & haven't had many issues with it smearing (unless I touch my eyes - and I sometimes do b/c of my contacts). Full disclosure - probably won't use as a full liner during hot summer days. Otherwise, I'm pleased. Love the creamy texture & the ease of how it glides on. I'd buy this in blue!

Smears down the lids
I love the feel of it going on but this liner smears really quick. Def not recommended for watery eyes/sensitive eyes. I found myself having to keep wiping it up toward my eye. It does last, but not a good thing if it isn’t where you want it to be.
