
In an effort to bring teamtarte™ the best loyalty program experience possible, we are updating our loyalty program & implementing a new online platform for our loyalty program. As we implement the changes to our loyalty program (which you can read more about by following the FAQs link below), there will be a period of time when members of our loyalty program will not be able to redeem their points.
This "dark period" will start on February 17, 2022 & is expected to end on September 1, 2022. You will not lose any of your points as a result of these changes to the loyalty program, & you will be able to accrue new points during the "dark period", but we wanted to make sure that you had ample notice that your points will not be able to be redeemed during this period.
In the meantime your points & status are safe with us.

This will be the same great loyalty program, but we are simplifying how points are accrued. You will continue to earn 50 points for every sale or mini item you purchase and 100 points for all other times. We’ll also be implementing a new online platform for the loyalty program – this is where you will log in to check your points, learn about special deals & redeem your points. While we put this new online platform in place, there will be a “dark period” during which members of the loyalty program will not be able to redeem their points. This “dark period” will start on February 17, 2022 & is expected to end around September 1, 2022
Yes! If your birthday is during the “dark period”, you will receive your birthday gift when we relaunch the loyalty program. When the platform comes back online, just make a purchase & add your gift to cart! If you earn enough points during the “dark period” to advance you into another tier, you’ll receive your tier-up gift at the end of the 2022 year.
Yes, you can continue to make purchases on tarte.com & receive points for your orders. Please continue to log in when you make a purchase, so we can continue to keep track of your purchase. The points you earned during the “dark period” will automatically be added to your loyalty account. There is no need to keep track of your points — we will do that for you!
The tier you’re currently in will remain the same. If you earn enough points to advance to the next tier during the “dark period”, your tier will be adjusted to the next tier when the loyalty program comes back online.
Yes. Although we are adjusting how points are calculated going forward, none of your current points will disappear (unless you redeem them prior to the “dark period”). Don’t worry you are not losing any points!
You’ll receive an email notification letting you know the relaunched platform is live.
Yes, all your information will remain the same. During the “dark period”, please continue to log in while making purchases so we can add your points at the launch of the new platform.
