United Arab Emirates Service Disruptions FAQ

Why can't I select standard shipping at checkout?
Due to regional service disruptions, standard shipping to Israel, UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia is temporarily unavailable. Express shipping is currently the only available option for these locations.

When will standard shipping be available again?
We don't have a timeline just yet, but we’re hoping to resume service soon!

Will my express order still be delayed?
Due to carrier disruptions in the region, you may experience some delays even with express shipping. For any questions about your order, reach out to our customer service team at squad@tarte.com.
