Does the job! "I had a (non-Tarte, non-tubing) blue mascara that was just refusing to show up on my lashes. My daughter recommended Tarte's Tubing Lash Primer and I ordered it not expecting remarkable results, but this made that blue mascara pop so well. It's easy to apply and the wand is great. So happy with this "I was SO upset when the lash primer I had been using ran out, and I've been without one for so long, I can't remember what it was. So, when I found this, I was SO happy! So, bought the travel size (I can't finish a full size before it expires), and tried it this week. LOVE! I am so happy to have a primer again! That it's also the tubing primer to go with the tubing mascara makes it all the better. My only issue (and this is likely a user issue) is it's clumping slightly. I think it's that I'm not giving it enough time to dry before slapping mascara on, so that's my next experiment. If that doesn't help, then it's time to hunt down my lash comb.
