Dried out after 4 uses "I was so excited when I saw this liner. The color I chose was perfect. However, I’m extremely disappointed that I have only been able to get about 4 uses out of it before it completely dries out! I don’t know if I got an old liner or what but mine dried out almost immediately because after the first use, the other 3 uses were pale and dry where I had to go over it with my pencil liner.
