Why aren’t you shipping to my locale?
If you’re based in Mexico, unfortunately, we’ve temporarily paused shipping due to recent changes in customs requirements for cosmetics. We’re working hard to start shipping again ASAP, stay tuned!
I placed an order already that hasn’t arrived, will I still be getting it?
If you have a pending order, you’ll receive an email from tarte.com with an update on your current order status. If you haven’t received an email or have any questions about the status of your order, please contact squad@tarte.com, or reach us from the Contact Us page.
How do I get my tarte products in the meantime!
Unfortunately tarte.com is the only outlet for purchasing tarte products in your locale, so you’ll have to wait just a little while to restock your faves!
