"I’m pleasantly surprised by the Tarte Hydrating Foundation! As someone dealing with perimenopause skin, finding a foundation that hydrates without turning into a shiny oil slick can be a challenge. This one gives my skin a healthy, hydrated look while still wearing beautifully throughout the day. I'm giving it 4 stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐. My only small complaint is that the dry-down time seems a little long, but that could be because I wear SPF underneath. Overall, I'm so glad I finally gave it a try!"

"I love most of your products but this one I was not impressed with. The foundation does not really blend to your skin but smears on your skin and never really soaks down if that makes sense. And it just looks OVERLY wet, shiny. Not hydrated and nice, just wet like you were lazy and forgot to blot your face after a showier wet. Not my thing. Sorry."
