"I love Tarte products, but this tool is a huge disappointment. Unfortunately, it doesn't match the company's quality at all. The design is completely flawed. Every time you touch it to your skin and apply even a little bit of pressure to the head, the roller wheel just pops right out. It is impossible to use it properly because the wheel keeps falling off constantly. For the price and the reputation of this brand, I expected a sturdy, high-quality tool. I cannot recommend this product."
