"I start using these brow pencils approximately 6 to 8 months ago after seeing them on QVC, where I do a lot of of my shopping for make up, as well as clothes, I had been using another major makeup brand’s eyebrow product on QVC, that’s received numerous national awards for their beauty products, that are produced with plastic surgeons & dermatologist, that I’ve used for years, however I only use Tarte’s eyebrow pencil now, because it goes smoother, it’s easy to “draw/fill in your eyebrow shape”, it looks more natural, plus, the “wax” on the other end, keeps it set."

My new go to
"This FULLfill framer brow pencil by Tarte is now my GO TO brow pencil. The ash blonde colour is perfect on my brows. I have learned that even though my hair is a dark brown with red that the blonde shades work best. Anything darker is too dark and looks fake. Ash blonde for a fair skinned brunette is perfect. I do think tarte makes even better brow pencils. I only am using the pencil part and not the pomade part. The pomade part works well but stays on too long and would not come off easily when I was getting my makeup done. However, this seems to be the fairest price point on a brow pencil by Tarte so I will stick with this and then use a special mascara wand brush to tame the hairs."
