Best mascara hands down "Best mascara I have. Have tried so many, estee lauder, ysl, lancome, chanel, bobbi brown. This is the best one , builds lashes and volume, doe not smudge on me. Removes easily with water. Only not waterproof, but you can go for a. workout and it will stay put. Otherwise use a no smudge wqterproof mascara like bobbi brown to make it waterproof." — Marijana M.
