First time using the Maracuja Juicy Plumping Oil. Is it normal to feel the tingling/stinging sensation on this plumping lip oil quite intense? Then it settles into a strong cooling sensation. Is this normal, or could I be having a sensitivity reaction?
The tingling and cooling sensation is totally normal — it's just the plumping ingredients doing their thing! If it feels too intense, try using a little less product.
Would you use under or over a lipstick (for the more sheer colors)?
