- If I wamt to use this for highighting do I put it over or under my powder (I use a powder foundation so just not sure when to apply the glow wand?? under or over it?
- Hi! You can do both! It works well on the skin before application of the foundation or you can apply directly after. I recommend tapping the product into the skin instead of sweeping.
