"No idea if this is waterproof, but it certainly isnt smudge-proof, as I had black panda eyes 3-4 hours after applyng. Very disappointed, so I have stopped using it. Awful product."

I've tried other waterproof mascaras and they don't seem to be that pigmented. Is this the same deep color as the regular?
