Disappointed in Lip Pencil and Service "I only used this pencil 3 times and each time it broke when applying it as a lip liner. The third time it broke, I was all out of pencil, as I kept turning, nothing would rotate up. This angled pencil is not as good as the normal lip liner pencil. My daughter said hers broke too. When I contacted customer service, they were not helpful and said it had to be within 30 days of purchase which is hard to do when you stock up items when they are on sale.
