Can you use this under the skin treat or the bb tinted primer because I use those instead of foundation?

Hi! Yes of course our base tape primer provides a nice hydrating base before any foundation application.

is it good for skin with wrinkles?

I have some fine lines and it doesn't sink into them at all. I think it helps keep your skin looking fresh moisturized and that helps a lot.

Has the formula changed along with packaging?

The formula is unchanged. It is great. This primer pairs really great with the shape tape foundation and shape tape concealer. It is such a really great hydrating formulation that prolongs the wear of the foundation and concealer. It creates for a flawless base. My foundation and concealer last much longer when I use this as opposed to when I skip it if I'm in a rush. If I've forgotten to use this primer my foundation starts to feel a little tired after 12 hours of wear. But if I'm wearing this primer it prolongs the wear time of my foundation and concealer. It is like a drink for the skin.
