Great eyeshadow palette that not only looks good but also wears wonderfully! I love the application, smell, wear time and blendability of these eyeshadows. I do hope that Tarte comes out with more purples/greys and neutrals as most colors offered lean pink. I also love green! Hint, hint. Tarte provides great eyeshadows. I highly recommend.

This is the second time I bought this palette. I had used all the lighter colors until they were empty ?? so that would be my only complaint: give us a little extra of the lighter colors!! i habe been wanting this palette for so long and was delighted to find it on the Tarte site during a Family and Friends event. This palette lets me do a number of looks and the dark blue is fantastic. I use it for liner, a little in the crease with a lighter shade makes an easy and different day look. I love this palette! Would definitely recommend. It smells delicious (cocoa, vanilla) and is super pigmented. Packaging is cute. There is a lot of fallout in the pan but not a whole lot on the face. Works great dry OR add a little water to make a nice, smooth eyeliner.

The best of tarte eyeshadows palettes!
I purchased it a few months ago including in a custom kit, and I was not dissapointed!
It's a great palette for everyday and also a night event.
The colors are beautiful, blend like a dreams, and create a nice neutral look.

The quality is as good as Vol 1. I am unlikely to use a black shadow, so I'm actually happy that I own Vol 1 instead. I wish they had chosen maybe a different shade to put instead of black. I have fair skin.

BEST ANSWER: Yes it does, have a similar formula to the tartelette in bloom. But do not that the palette Maneater is much more of warm-toned neutral palette that you can turn a day look to night.

why is there meow and lace? they look like the same color in the swatches.

BEST ANSWER: I use the meow on my brow bone since it is less shimmery and the lace on my inner eye corners. Lace has an extra golden tint and sparkle that meow doesn't have.
