Personal Information Collected from Third Parties
We may collect your Personal Information from third party business partners such as social media sites, ad networks and analytics providers.

Tarte will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use the Personal Information we collected for materially different, unrelated or incompatible purposes without providing you

the right to direct companies not to sell your Personal Information at any time. If you are between 13 and 16 years of age, your Personal Information can only be sold by companies that you provide
affirmatively authorize to sell your Personal Information. If you are less than 13 years of age, your Personal Information can only be sold by companies that your parent or legal guardian
affirmatively authorizes to sell your Personal Information. Consumers who opt-in to Personal Information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.
