"I’ve been using Maneater since it first came out when I was in high school. I’ve tried a few brands here and there but nothing has compared to my tried and true. I wore this to a wedding (I cry at weddings like every time without fail) so I got the waterproof. It did not budge through my sappy tears. Can always trust tarte to put out a great formula"

I've tried other waterproof mascaras and they don't seem to be that pigmented. Is this the same deep color as the regular?
