"The bristles fall out and stick to your face while applying makeup. I thought it was just a few random ones, so I tried pulling the loose ones out. However, they all were loose and it just turned into a mess. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn't care less since the window to return had passed. They weren't at all interested in the fact that they're selling a defective product. I've been using tarte products for 10 years, and this was my first complaint. The whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth that no heart emoji (customer service tactic) will fix."

"This Tarte brush is definitely the one! I’m sure all of my other makeup girlies know that it’s actually really difficult to find a good brush for concealer! It has to be adaptable, and also not too dense to use on that delicate under eye area! Obviously , you need a brush that can be easily cleaned without breakdown because you always want to avoid any bacteria by your eyes! This one gets all of the checks from me! I absolutely love it!"
