"Initially, I really liked the tarte primer and mascara. However after using it a couple times it became more difficult to cover up all the white primer. The primer goes on white and no matter how many times I’d go over the base with the black mascara, I just couldn’t cover up very small sections or the tip of the lashes with black. Additionally, the small insert that scrapes the excess off the stick disconnected, so now it’s not even usable anyway."

I’ve tried about everything I could do to try to make it look decent, but it looks awful. I’m really disappointed. I didn’t order it from Ulta or I could return it next time.
