Broke after less than a years use do not recommend

"I had received this eyelash curler as a Christmas present it worked really well until it broke after 9 months of use i was very disappointed that it broke and reached out to see if i could get a new one or a refund i was extremely disappointed when they offered me a 20% discount code even with the code a new curler would have still been fairly expensive, please do not waste your money on this eyelash curler if you want to repurchase one every 9 months!!"

CHANGE IT BACK

"I’ve bought countless Picture Perfect lash curlers from Tarte, and they just changed them entirely. They’re now made with cheap slippery handles, cheap aluminum, and a lash pads that are worse quality than the dollar tree. Somehow the curlers are $5 more than they were, as well. TARTE, PLEASE do the right thing and revert back to the quality you used to have. The old one was sturdier, with dark purple handles. This is the worst curler on the market now, I would give 0 stars if I could. please change it back"

"Please bring back the old curler with the dark purple handles. This used to be my favorite curler and I got all my friends and family using it too! Now that tarte switched to the slippery lavender handles, this product is not useable without it ruining your eye lashes. So disappointed!"

BRING BACK THE OLD DESIGN

"The new one is horrible. Bring. Ack the old design this doesn’t even curl let alone hold a curl, handle is slipper and not silicone. I bought a new one a few months back to replace my old one (dark purple handle) from you guys and my old worn one WAS STILL BETTER THAN THE NEW ONE. Now my old one has officially broke for good and I have to switch brand entirely, I’ll buy again if you guys relaunch the og one, but this save your money. A cheap drugstore one is better."

"This is my daughters favorite curler, she won't use any other one. The only negative is over the last 3 years 3 have broke. I am not sure if this is common but we keep just buying a new one. I do wish for the price they would not break as frequently. (the spring area breaks)"

I have used the same pad for 5 months. Probably not recommended but it lasts really well! It also comes with another pad!

How does this eyelash curler compare say to drugstore curlers? I have pin straight lashes and I can never get them to hold a curl!
my first eyelash curler was from the drugstore and let me tell you there is a huge difference at least for me. this one never crimps my lashes while on the drugstore if I tried to get a better curl it would. I've noticed it hold pretty well.
