"This was my first order for this foundation. I am a Merle Norman powder base foundation user and I was looking for a lighter weight product for summer and Tarte had a good promotion. The color match is very close. The foundation goes on very smooth. I have very dry mature skin and it covers well. I like the product but it doesn’t cover as well so I have to use more to get the same coverage. Overall it is a good product and I would buy it again."

"I am THRILLED to actually have a foundation that matches my pale self. Too bad it took me 48 years to find it! The finish can be a little dry, but with a primer or even starting with damp skin it's not a big problem. Excellent coverage-- hides the lack of sleep but still shows the freckles. What size is this foundation (how many ml)?: The Face Tape foundation is approximately 30 mL!
Does this product work well on dry skin? I have skin really dry skin and have to prep my face with very hydrating products so i’m worried: Hi tartelette! While Face Tape™ Foundation is full-coverage and long-wearing, it’s best suited for normal to combo skin types. Since you have very dry skin, we recommend using a super hydrating primer or moisturizer underneath to help prep and smooth your base. If you’re looking for something even more moisturizing, one of our other foundations or tinted moisturizers might be a better fit for your skin’s needs!
Do I need to set this foundation with a setting powder after I apply it?: Hi tartelette! You don’t have to set the Face Tape™ Foundation—it’s long-wearing on its own—but using a setting powder can help lock it in place and keep it from creasing, especially if you have oily or combo skin.
I have 18B because it recommended that based on my Clinique foundation in the face it’s fine but the neck area is almost to pinkish. What should I try instead?: Hi Tartelette!
