too many cons

"First time trying the Juicy lip plump, Pros: pretty colors, glossy balm, okay wear time from 2-5 hrs if not eating or drinking. Cons: Scented: smells strongly like coconut I cant use scented make up, formula although not sticky feels filmy on lips, yuck. Small quantity of gloss, Pricey, Bad applicator hard plastic, flawed click up pen cannot retract product if accidentally clicked too much, balm gloss melts and leaks because it is not sealed in like a gloss, uncomfortable strong menthol feels icy and feeling stays on lips hours after the gloss wears off (would prefer real peppermint oil instead), gloss does transfer (expected for a gloss), does not actually make lips appear more plump, most colors are more on the sheer side, settles into lip lines and looks milky/filmy bad, colors are different in person than on the website. Tarte: please stop putting scent on your make up, some people can't use scented stuff and let's face it we're adults everything doesn't have to smell and taste like candy, I'd rather have a natural product! Ditch this click pen and stick to a normal gloss tube, please. Too many cons on this product, I hope Tarte comes up with a better gloss, I used to love their glosses they had in their holiday sets years ago, what happened Tarte?"

Beautiful lip product, very hydrating

"I love this product! I first learned about it when my makeup artist used it on me during my wedding day, and Tulip was the perfect nude shade, so I had to buy my own immediately. I love how hydrating this lip plump is, which is great for the cooler, dry months. I'm not sure I notice much plumping effect, but there is a pleasant tingly sensation upon application."

Fun, Gorgeous Color and Shine

"Love this product and how much it brightens up my face. Ordered in Primrose in Bloom, perfect for my complexion. You click the pen to release the gloss like a mechanical pencil, but the last bit of gloss gets stuck in the applicator. Not great for an expensive gloss, but Tarte runs good sales so I only buy this when it goes in the 11/11 sale for $11 or other sales."

is the PLUMP effect much different than THE ONE YOU GET WITH the original maracuja juicy lip balm?: I don't notice any plumping. Slight tingling sensation but I use both the original and plump and don't notice a difference.
