Arrived broken and never got a replacement "Purchased this in December and it arrived broken so I reached out via chat and was supposed to receive a replacement however I’m a busy mom who has a bit of a shopping addiction 🤭 and it got put in a drawer and I forgot all about it until I was cleaning it out today and came across the broken one which is when i realized I never received the replacement! Of course its To late now but I purchased two eye shadow palettes, a glow bar and mascara and the only one that was completely in tact was the mascara ( go figure) I didn’t complain about either palette because it was so minor I honestly didn’t care but this was completely busted… leaving only 1 of the 3 still usable! Anyways I’m attaching a photo maybe they’ll see this and someone can tell me what happened with the order! If your anything like me busy with work, school, kids and family and constantly have packages coming and going …. take my advice Or actually my daughter’s genius advice and when requesting replacements on broken makeup.. my daughter told me to start using a reminder app so that I don’t have to worry about forgetting anything important like this and so I’ll be able to remember to ensure I actually received what I paid for …!" — Beth (1/5)
